Well, if the HP utility says all is ok... I'm thinking maybe the printer's wireless is dead. Dunno what else could be the problem. It's just odd that it can connect to the network, but then doesn't get the signal to print. It's your call on doing a system restore. Microsoft says, "It won't affect your documents, pictures, or other data." http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/features/system-restore What you might lose are any programs you've installed since the date you choose. I've done it many times without any probs, but... you never know when something could go wrong.
