here is another angle. i noticed recently when i got my new concession
certificate made, the validity of the certificate for persons above
the age of 35(i think that was the age mentioned) is for the lifetime.
so effectively, the card should be so, isn't it?
or was i dreaming up this information when it was being read to me?
any opinions?
