I too voted today, the relevant form for voter with assistance was filled up by by the booth incharge and the Braille marking on EVM was quite terrible almost fading. I had been keep telling them that I know Braille and had voted many times previously in various constituencies but through their talk it seemed they were not much confident enough. To begin with, the clerk at booth greeted us with affront question to my wife, “Can they cast vote or you will caste instead? However, before I could recover from this momentous attack on our ability and direct substitutive approach taken by the representative of the biggest democracy, the booth-in-charge walked upto us and handled the situation himself. From Then onwards, it was smooth process with braille list and braille labelling on the EVM.
