In Android 11, the Samsung screen reader is also called Talkback, the version may differ from the regular Talkback though. The most pathetic aspect of the Samsung phones running Android 11 is that they can no longer run the Google Accessibility Suite on their phones, one can install it but cannot run, the Samsung accessibility takes over that. I suppose one should have freedom to use any one of them.
