we are receiving these kinds    of experiences from     disabled
sectors who can advocate for themselves. Then, how  about people with
severe intellectual and developmental disabilities (e.g., Autism, Down
Syndrome,  peter villie syndrome), who can not  advocate for
themselves and insist on #9.
