My experience was the same that of Harish.  Instead of waitting the
enumaretor to ask the q.9, I informed her that  I am 100% visually
challenged.  She said that she knew that, 'cause my mother had told
her already when she visitted my house for the enumaration of the uid.
 Nevertheless, I asked her to ask this question without fail in every
house and she responded possitively.
