My experience was the same that of Harish. Instead of waitting the enumaretor to ask the q.9, I informed her that I am 100% visually challenged. She said that she knew that, 'cause my mother had told her already when she visitted my house for the enumaration of the uid. Nevertheless, I asked her to ask this question without fail in every house and she responded possitively. Renuka.
