Hi friends, Mine also same as Prateek's issue. Fortunately, my father and mother are aware about the Q9 and NFB Bangalore did send a letter regarding the importance of the Q9 in kannada that also helped much in this regard.
The enumerator did ask for the certificate after that he agreed, but he himself did not ask the question.
