if the mails are more we already have a solution: there is a digest mode where you will be getting only few mails and not all will be delivered.
and Rakesh in many mails previously our moderator clearly explained that Mobile Numbers may be given separately to the concerned persons mail I.D and not to the list. yes Rakesh A.I face book page would be a good Idea but the scope should be limited to legally permissible things only. it is good if some important posts are posted there which benefit most V.I persons. yes there should be an encryption policy when a non-member search our archives through Google as you mentioned. again these are my personal views only.
