These days the government decisions are based on the inclination of Mr. Rahul Gandhi towards any issue. Whether its about increasing the number of attempts in UPSC, One Rank one pension thing or scrapping of the amendment in RPA. Mr. Javed Abidi has also resorted to Rahul Gandhi now for an ordinance route. I think a protest at Rahul Gandhi's house and a meeting with him will do good to the cause.
