I have decided to append a random number to the end of each URL using 'random between(1,999999)'. This is a pain, but doable.

I had the utility WildPackets EtherPeek running while I did some testing. On the specific link that shows a problem, there was no activity at all captured by EtherPeek, not 1 packet. I thought there would be at least 1, a HEAD or IF-MODIFIED-SINCE or something. But there was nothing. And the old copy of the page appeared in the browser window.

Gotta love IE 6. Are you absolutely sure you set it to check for new files every time?

Yes.

Question: How many Microsoft programmers does it take to change a light bulb?
Answer: None. They just redefine darkness as the standard.
