utmbHealth is just revising. I will share as soon as we have finished. We are
looking at our student policies, Sexual Harassment; Sexual Assault; Reporting
Non-Academic Concerns, and our employee policy, Sexual Harassment and
Misconduct in tandem to ensure that all are complementary.

Subject: [acupa-l] Sexual Misconduct and Harassment Policy / VAWA

Good morning from Southern New Jersey,

We are in the process of revising our "Sexual Misconduct and Harassment" policy
in light of new obligations imposed by the Violence Against Women
Reauthorization Act (VAWA). Would anyone be willing to share their
institution's policies with regard to sexual violence and campus security. How
are your institutions handling the new reporting requirements, student
discipline requirements and requirements to educate students & employees on
sexual violence and incorporating them into policy? I have found this to be a
complex issue to sort out. Any suggestions or resources to tap would be most
appreciated.

Best regards,
