Hi Meg, You might find that many institutions have a myriad of policies/procedures that in some cases are very specific to the subject of "Sexual Misconduct and Harassment" and others that overlap to policies/procedures on "violent behavior in the workplace" on a campus. I did a search on your subject and a plethora of links were referenced by my institution. To keep things simple for you, for Indiana University, go here:
1. http://policies.iu.edu/policies/categories/administration-operations/equal-opportunity/sexual-harassment.shtml 2. http://policies.iu.edu/policies/categories/human-resources/conduct/violence.shtml 3. http://enrollmentbulletin.indiana.edu/pages/harass.php?Term=2 These three links are not in any shape or form meant to be exhaustive of the policies/procedures in place at IU that address your subject but to serve as a starting point for you in addressing your query below. Would anyone be willing to share their institution's policies with regard to sexual violence and campus security. How are your institutions handling the new reporting requirements, student discipline requirements and requirements to educate students & employees on sexual violence and incorporating them into policy? I have found this to be a complex issue to sort out. Any suggestions or resources to tap would be most appreciated.
