Hi Heather, UC also doesn't have a "Handbook." All policies are required to be in our online Policy Library. We do have a Contracts and Grants Manual, which is available to be printed from the policy site, but I have not experienced an agency requesting the entire manual with a grant submission.

He stated a requirement by NSF to submit a pdf of the institution's Handbook as part of a grant application. We've never had ours in a pdf, but the caller was quick to tell me we are the only university that doesn't follow this practice. Let's see a show of hands.
