Hi Heather,
We do. I believe this is the language you're looking for.

*Faculty and P&A employees on appointments of 75% or more are eligible to
engage in outside consulting and other outside professional commitments
that do not exceed, on the average, one day per seven-day week. These
individuals may not exceed the maximum number of days per term of
appointment, for example:*

   - *A term: 48 days (75-100% time position)*
   - *B term: 39 days. (Those employees on B appointments are not subject
to this time restriction during the months they are not on appointment,
regardless of whether they elect to be paid over 9 months or 12 months.) 9
   month appointment*

Please note that Civil Service and Bargaining Unit employees cannot engage
in outside consulting except on non-work hours.

The policy is here <http://policy.umn.edu/operations/outsideconsulting> and
I would also recommend that you look at this procedure
<http://policy.umn.edu/operations/outsideconsulting-proc01>, which contains
a lot of details.

Best of luck,
Michele
