What type of file are you trying to import? If .avi or .mov, also let us know what type of codec is used in the file. You can use a free utility like "G Spot" to investigate the video file. My hunch tells me that it is some quirky format type that Premiere does not like very much. In an ideal world, you should give Premiere Pro type-2 DV AVI files. Try a free converter application like STOIK Video Converter. http://www.stoik.com/products/svc/

The movie is a little over 5 GB. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] Yahoo!
