Hi all- New guy here... waiting for my new computer to be built so I can get busy. I wanted to run the specs by the group to see if anyone thinks I'll have issues editing hd footage from a Canon XH-A1. Here's the main parts:
Intel DP35DPM Intel Socket 775 ATX Motherboard Nvidia Quadro FX-560 video card (2 dvi outs, plus s-video/component out) 4g ddr2 800mhz ram Hard drives (4): Western Digital 250GB. One drive for os and programs, two drives for video footage (RAID0), one drive for scratch, media, etc. Antec TruePower TRIO 650w power supply See any red flags? I read specs 'til my eyeballs burned and still feel like I'm missing something. Oh yeah- I'll be getting CS3. Thanks for your time.
