Hi Alan,
I keep reading that we should have our scratch disks on a separate hard drive
from the OS. Can you use an external HDD for the scratch disks, or does it
have to be internal? I bought a 320 GB HDD to use as a scratch disk, but
didn't see any improvement in performance, and then someone told me it has to
be internal not external. Is that really the case?
