I'm guessing the above was directed towards me.
Well, like I pointed out before.
I spent 45 years candy coating, avoiding conflict and confrontation.
Trying to keep every one happy and oh ya, in love with Bob.
I not long ago realized that.
I'm just now taking ownership of my own life.
It actually feels pretty good ......... really pretty great.
I really haven't missed the point.
This is changing and has changed everything ....... for me.
It's not about my employee's motivation or work ethics.
Sure they are taking advantage as Mahakali pointed out .... it's human
nature.
They took advantage because I allowed it.
It's about me regaining ownership of the company.
If I couldn't own my own life and be true to myself, I certainly
couldn't with a company.
I've allowed this to happen and now I'm going to take it back.
See ............. this was good.
