Consciousness is a kind of energy rather than a thing.
Like heat and electricity are forms of energy which cannot be seen but can
be felt.
Hence everything in the spiritual world is more or less connected to energy.

Our subtle bodies are energetic bodies.
There are far subtler levels of the body and the highest level is the
spiritual realm.
