Thought I'd share an ongoing discussion with a friend of mine. The premise is that you (Self) are the universe and have taken on a particular body. So here's the discussion;
If I were the universe wouldn't all of the bodies be mine? why would I need a particular body? Maybe I am the unconscious universe and need a conscious body in order to experience myself? Maybe I am the conscious universe but need a "point of view" body in order to experience myself? Maybe I am the conscious or unconscious universe and don't need a particular body at all, but am doing it just for fun? Or maybe the premise is wrong altogether?
