Somebody is gonna have to fund this.
    Aldo ( http://dada.perl.it/ ) has the basics done with Win32-API and
Win32-GUI.  What I see on the GUI mailing list is people using it internally
and a very few part time people building more general tools.  That list is
very low volume for two reasons (IMO)
1.  Not too many people using it.
2.  It's fairly easy to program a GUI using Perl for an experienced
programmer so not a lot of questions.

Couple of people able to work full time would help a lot.
