I could be way wrong, but it seems to me in the court of public opinion this will hurt UBNT worse. I mean, any WISP out there, and Disti, using or selling Elevate, in my opinion would be pretty upset UBNT is trying to accuse them as ‘co-conspirators’. This is a very, very slippery slope UBNT has just tried to push everyone using Elevate down.
