Why wouldn't you get a different cell number and port your old cell number over 
to your office?

At one time, half of Meigs County Ohio had my cell number - made the
mistake of putting it on my business cards. Everyone thought they had
a Bat phone - had to stop taking calls. I put a message on there that
directed folks to our office number if they had issues. If they had a
personal message, go ahead and leave that. (Amazing how personal
some folks can get when their Internet is down). Anyway, after about
5 years, I no longer get messages from customers on my phone - except
for an elite few who NEVER throw anything away . . .
