Pretty much BS Steve. Houthis run the north half of Yemen. They have
control of whatever counts as a "government" there. Plus the have
missiles the shoot at ships going by.

dusters and other craft that spray the pesticide that controls the
locusts and that now the swarms are such that they will, maybe already
