Saw a summary of this in this morning's paper. A collection of
automotive journalists got together to "review" a cross section of 21
vehicles. 9 were either EVs or hybrid, the rest were "sport utility
vehicles" (no mention about drive train).
Granted, they were all 2026 models, but it caught my attention that the
winner of the "Best under $50K" was the 2026 Solterra XT.

I don’t know enough about EVs to understand how AWD would work. Do
