There is zero evidence that Pretti was picking a fight. He had a handgun on
him, it was holstered until the ICE officer removed it himself. Where are
the 2nd amendment people on this? Now carrying a weapon (legally, mind you)
around law enforcement is justification for deadly force? I've watched a
couple of the recordings and the administration is outright lying about
this. Full stop.
