Often when talking to current customers, they think their current price is higher than it is. Like if they're asking about increasing their speed tier, they'll say they're paying $75 now when it's actually $50 or $60.
In some cases they are on autopay so maybe they don't get a paper invoice and would have to check their credit card statement to see what they're paying. I'm just wondering, is this a common trick our brains play on us? If it was just poor memory, I'd expect the errors would be randomly high or low, not consistently high.
