I think our subscribers are the opposite - they know what they're paying, but they seem to inflate the expected performance of the tier they are subscribed to.
This was super-common back when we were all Cambium, but with the shift to Tarana, it's less so now. Often when talking to current customers, they think their current price is higher than it is. Like if they're asking about increasing their speed tier, they'll say they're paying $75 now when it's actually $50 or $60. In some cases they are on autopay so maybe they don't get a paper invoice and would have to check their credit card statement to see what they're paying. I'm just wondering, is this a common trick our brains play on us? If it was just poor memory, I'd expect the errors would be randomly high or low, not consistently high.
