I'm with Ken.  Most of our fiber customers are gigabit which is $94.95.
They all think it's either $95 or $100.  We have so many accounts that are
months/years old and the pennies/dollars are stacking up.  They just keep
throwing the extra amount.

People's memory is simply awful.  There's no other way to put it.  Eye
witnesses to events are absolutely tragic when it comes to recalling any
reasonable details.
