Too long to scan for a master?  If the damn slave isn't associated who
cares if it takes 15 minutes to scan?  It's a whole lot better than your
backhaul being down and you being forced to drive to the slave site.  Let's
say there's 1 second per frequency at 1000 MHz.  That's 1000 seconds or
16.66 minutes.

So it comes down to 16.66 minutes versus drive to the remote site.  Pretty
simple decision IMO.
