The AP is 48V so you need a CMM which will handle 48V. The CMM4 works with a special cable, and the Packetflux 10/100 and Gigabit SyncInjectors work as well if you power them with 48V (but make sure you only use 48V radios in them once you do). There is a issue in relation to a long cable with the SyncInjectors which has been fixed in the currently shipping Gigabit SyncInjectors, and I believe cambium is looking at a software fix as well (I haven't heard any status back either way).
