Interesting. I do the ‘always hungry’ method.
I can shed some pounds if I’m always leaving myself a bit hungry all the time. I’ll eat several smaller meals a day, including some junk stuff, but not in large quantities. If I can manage to stay hungry for a few days my faster metabolism still works in my favor somehow, lol!
