Not sure why you only have 40 Mbps capacity, are you talking 10 MHz channels?
Anyway, sounds like it uses MU-MIMO and beamforming and works best in a dense environment, I assume because then you have lots of busy SMs throughout the sector and it can aim at several at once. If you have 10 SMs and they are all at the same azimuth, probably don’t gain much?
