Aren't those Ford Transit Connects built in Turkey? I know this doesn't apply to most of the list, but if I had to choose new 'full size' vans I would buy used Toyota HiAce from Japan. You can import them with 60,000 km on them. Spare parts are available within the Seattle-Vancouver region. They also share a lot of common spare parts/consumables with other models of Toyotas that were sold in the USA, so stuff like brake rotors, pads, etc are not difficult to find.
