As of April 20, 2017, there have been some changes to the Cambium Support Center that you need to be aware of. The use of the [email protected] email to open trouble tickets or RMA tickets is no longer available . You should now open tickets via the following methods: Online via Support Portal * Go to the https://support.cambiumnetworks.com . You will need to create a Single Sign On (SSO) account login and then a ticket can easily be opened. Once logged into your account, click on the “Submit a Request” button in the upper right hand corner and you will be provided a drop down menu to start the process.
