I guess I've never emailed them.
I called them once, and was later advised to use the online form because
the person answering the phone call is just opening a ticket and
transcribing what you say into the ticket. Whereas the online form went
directly into the ticketing system.
I wonder if emails went directly to the ticketing system or if there was
a middle man like with the phone calls.

It's markedly more difficult to start a ticket if I have to go to a web
site, login, fill out a bunch of crap, etc. (versus click the new mail
button, type [email protected], type my problem, send). This
is the same Cambium that asks you thirty questions to download some
marketing information.

Mike, is the online form that much harder than email?
Besides, how often do you really need them? I've contacted
Moto/Cambium support maybe 2 or 3 times in the past 13 years.
Overall the thing works as described in the documentation, so I haven't
had much need of support.

I told them, "That change not to mention notification of that change
eight weeks later is unacceptable.

I prefer email too. It's like my aggregation so I don't have to look
at a million different websites for status updates.

Dear Cambium Customer,
I’m sending this message to all customers who have opened a ticket
with the Cambium Support Center in the past year. We have assisted
you in the past and want to keep you informed with regards to
opening trouble tickets and/or RMA tickets with Cambium Support. As
of April 20, 2017, there have been some changes to the Cambium
Support Center that you need to be aware of.
The use of the [email protected] email to open trouble
tickets or RMA tickets is no longer available. You should now open
tickets via the following methods:
Online via Support Portal
Go to the https://support.cambiumnetworks.com. You will need to
create a Single Sign On (SSO) account login and then a ticket can
easily be opened. Once logged into your account, click on the
“Submit a Request” button in the upper right hand corner and you
will be provided a drop down menu to start the process. Refer to
this video <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7I7H729JwSQ> for
additional assistance on opening tickets.
Call the Cambium Technical Assistance Center
Call our Cambium TAC via one of the many worldwide numbers. Toll
free numbers for calling the Cambium TAC can be found by going to
https://support.cambiumnetworks.com and clicking on “Contact”.
Thank you for being a Cambium Networks customer,
