Well, AFMUG has always been the defacto support channel for Cambium.... so nothing changes there...

We have assisted you in the past and want to keep you informed with regards to opening trouble tickets and/or RMA tickets with Cambium Support. As of April 20, 2017, there have been some changes to the Cambium Support Center that you need to be aware of. The use of the [email protected] email to open trouble tickets or RMA tickets is no longer available. You should now open tickets via the following methods: Online via Support Portal a.. Go to the https://support.cambiumnetworks.com. You will need to create a Single Sign On (SSO) account login and then a ticket can easily be opened. Once logged into your account, click on the “Submit a Request” button in the upper right hand corner and you will be provided a drop down menu to start the process.
