List admins always have the final decision on who stays or goes. Obvious
spammers can be booted immediately without debate. For others you need to
be careful because other members might object to censorship and quit out of
protest. So seeking comment (or a vote) can be a good idea when sending
private warnings doesn't work. It's the admin who is responsible for the
success of the group by keeping knowledgeable people.

In any list, posts need to be related to the topic (AGI) by people with at
least some interest in it, at least a willingness to learn. It is OK to
attack ideas but not the people making them.

So personally, I agree that rouncer81 had to go.
