Justice, as conceptualized in the Western tradition, establishes standards for 
how much information you need to have before you can treat someone adversely. 
Those standards are expressed by the phrase "beyond a reasonable doubt."

And I'd take a decision ruleset that incorporates justice over a generic or 
purely pragmatic one.
