A Ph.D. friend of mine is desperate for cash and I am on the verge of hiring him to represent the Mentifex Russian AI project in various Russian AI forums. The progress in Russian AI is about to re-appear as Wotan, the all-powerful German AI Gott in Valhalla! So stop this defeatist talk of "waning", pleeze.
