I think the list has paralleled multiple evolutionary "breakthroughs" in AGI. They may not have been formalized on the list but they have been discussed. This is not a formal list, yet. "Breakthroughs" meaning making progress in people's minds on their thinking of various scientific, philosophical and technical aspects of AGI.
