If money does feature a negative interest you can just create what the
society needs (money wise) on a monthly base. Only in our competitive
system with a positive interest rate it is stealing ... or taking away
for that matter because people need to "fight" against each other in
order to pay back the ever growing interest on debt.
You can also create digital money on a per person level and you buy and
sell stuff through a democratic bank. So there would be only
person<->bank transactions. No more stealing.
