Asside from my usual gripes about Eliezier Yudkowsky, his usual vagueness is readily apparent here. He makes some mention of the completeness of the language but he doesn't demonstrate how it should be used to solve common programming problems. Beyond that he offers no real explaination of the execution mechanism or his motovations for designing it that way. I would say that it is just trying to sap off of the popularity of XML without contributing anything to the science.
