Sorry for wasting your time Richard! At least you got to keep your
collection of doomed projects up to date!
There was no NARS paper but Pei Wang did have a paper called "What Do
You Mean By AI?" that I'm sure you'd find horrifying.
I read Pei's paper and there was nothing horrifying about it (please
spare the sarcasm). It was one of the more cogent offerings, although
it did not help me believe in the existence of any projects that are
going anywhere.
