There was no NARS paper but Pei Wang did have a paper called "What Do You Mean By AI?" that I'm sure you'd find horrifying. Stephen Reed's talk was called "Natural Language Approach of the Texai Project", in which he described in some detail what he has been implementing. Surprisingly, I don't see a paper with that title in the paper list. My post was only about the videos of the talks/panels and the impression they gave regarding the conference as a whole. I'm not sure I'd bother with the videos though if I were you... I have a feeling you would find them unsatisfying.
