when i started driving my first couple cars didnt come with turn signals.when

My experience is that flashers will also click rapidly if one or more of the
turn-signal bulbs is burned-out (or in the case of Alfas, not making decent
connection due to corrosion or just poor sockets). I was unaware that short
circuits will also cause it...
