I don't have a TeleMetrum so I can't do side by side tests. I did set
up my TeleGPS tonight and roughly timed how long it took to lock up.
It locked on with a 5 satellite fix in under 1 minute. By three
minutes it had a 10 satellite lock and one more in view. This was in my
back yard with the TeleGPS inside the nosecone with the GPS antenna
positioned vertically and looking at the horizon. I only tried it once
so it's not much of a sample size.
