Also, the Telemetrum will go through the beep sequence at power up.  a 4 1
(4.1 V) indicates full charge.

My problem is that the TM and BT won't talk to each other.  I can see the
handshake attempt, but in perhaps 10 hours of  testing the RF link, I've
achieved about 5 minutes of link.  Thus, I don't rely upon the TM, because
I can't.  If it won't work in my living room, it won't work at BlackRock.
