The TeleBT has a dual LED charge state indicator, like TeleMega and
other of our current products.  Red means charging, green means fully
charged, both LEDs on (yellow-ish) means there's a problem with the
battery.

Yes.  Once in pad mode, our flight computers are transmit-only, and
don't care how many ground stations are listening to the data in
parallel.  It's completely normal to have redundancy.  We often offer to
help track other people's flights at a launch, and vice versa.

In idle mode, you probably don't want to use more than one ground
station to try to talk to the flight computer at the same time because
that would get confusing, but as long as all the callsigns match it
would probably work?
