Hmm, I don't see the point. Does it mean, when AmIRC supports them (means
shows just the status all the time) makes it no longer rfc conform?
Why not show them in a menu or at least complete in a field?
They are just some letters and its anyoing to scroll up to the top of the
cached text to see what status was on the channel when you entered.
Or when they have changed in the meantime and you don't have any clue whats
going on...

Have a field like in the events.
At the moment you can make multiple highlight entries.
Would be nice to have the possibility to chose a sound file (maybe also a
colour) for each line.
